- Deductibles & Policy Limits: The property owner remains responsible for any applicable insurance policy deductibles, non-covered items, or costs exceeding your policy's maximum water backup coverage limits.
4. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Illinois law:
